Humberto Zaragoza, a renowned Chef from Mexico, had the need to design a brand strategy to promote his Hacienda Santa Lucía event venue: an authentic 17th century hacienda.
The challenge was to present a renewed image and a fresh communication language for the new generations, while rescuing decades of tradition and history.

We redesigned the logo, rescuing the original shape of the chapel, which is the most important symbol of the hacienda, but presented in a renewed and elegant way.
Also, we redefined the voice and tone of communication of the brand and executed a this a digital marketing campaign to reach the new generations and younger customers.
Lastly, we implemented Zoho as a tool to automate marketing campaigns while optimizing the administrative and operational areas of the business.
Results
Results

It was possible to have a positive impact with the new brand which allowed to connect with the new target market.
Thanks to the digital marketing campaigns we were able to increase interactions by 50% year after year. This resulted in an increase of up to 30% in sales.
We optimized and automated the management and execution of events thanks to the digital transformation allowing to provide a better service to customers by having greater visibility in each process.
