Given their rapid growth and expansion, they found it necessary to have technological tools that would allow them to have greater control and visibility of their operations and commercialization processes in all of their companies.

We redesigned and reengineered their processes as well as implementing Zoho and various automation and RPA tools to execute multiple tasks faster. Additionally, real-time reports were created for business intelligence.
We also helped them with their digital transformation by enabling new sales channels through the design of their E-Commerce platforms for online sales.
